I am thinking of trying the sea bands for a future cruise and wonder if they are all alike? Is there a particular brand someone might recommend? I had some unpleasant side effects - for the first time - using the patch so would like an alternative.

We use just generic store brands (CVS) and find they work just fine. Others prefer the expensive electronic versions as they appear to work even better.

We got the relief bands- they are like a watch and used it on the Navigator over to Bermuda and my sister had gotten sea sick and I put the watch on her and within 10 minutes she was able to go back to the dinning room. I can be used for multi uses. :) http://www.seaproductsonline.com/index70.html
