We had the great pleasure of sailing with Mr. Conroy on the Voyager shake down cruise. In one of the many forums with him he said he does read and answer his E-mail which is the best way to contact him. My experience has been just that. He also said he personally reads all the comment cards. So keep on writing.
At the end of the shake down in the misty early morning the last member of the crew bidding the pax fairwell with good wishes at the bottom of the gangway was Mark Conroy. Just unforgetable.

Babs,
My parents sailed with him and his wife and daughter also. Their experience was very similar. They were so impressed with him and his family.
It always amazes me that he can read all of his e-mails..he HAS to be inundated with them!
He is just one of the many reasons that I like Radisson so much!

We,too. We feel that Radisson has been very good to us, they sell an excellent product so we can think of no reason to go elsewhere.
