I have heard Regent has had difficulty with an engine as well as the electricity and air conditioning. Some pipes are apparently rusty (a friend of ours had a shower head break off in her hand last year -- the pipes were rusty).
So, although I don't know what they will be doing next year, I suspect it will be mechanical, electrical and plumbing work (in addition to cosmetic).
