I can't understand why Regent does not allow an extra two hours in Honolulu so that guests can go to the Polynesian Culture Center. It is a highlight of Hawaii. It has villages from many islands in the South Pacific and shows their huts, crafts and skills of each. In the evening there is a realy great show with marvelous dancing. The ships usually leave at 10:00 P.M. but the show ends then so the timing is not right. The Culture Center could be offered as a tour and would get a lot of people.

Are you sure you have the right cruise line? I don't recall Honolulu being one of Regent's destinations. For ships that do stop in Honolulu, I would suggest that passengers enjoy the Polynesian Cultural Center during the day and take in an early dinner show in Honolulu. There are several that are just as good as the Cultural Center!

Travelcat, I'm sure if McKeever says a Regent ship is in Honolulu, it is!

As part of the 2008 World Cruise the Voyager is making two stops in the Hawaiian Islands - one of them being Honolulu.

Yes, and they have gone there in the past. The tour desk has tried to arrange a visit for us but the time to leaving is so close, we were afraid to chance it. The Polynesian Culture Center is so wonderful and I so want to go again. I have been four or five times. The evening show is the highlight.
