Tim loves to golf. I don't seen any excursion on our Bermuda cruise that show golf, but I know they have some excellent courses. Any advice on ho to arrange for a round? Thanks!

When you are onboard, the Excursion office will have information about golfing available. There were a lot of players as I recall on our Bermuda Cruise last year.

As a little girl we went to Mid Ocean Club (Tucker's Town) - parents LOVED it - soooo many years ago not sure what it is all about today but they were golfers and went 3 times a year to play that course - Joanna

Sue,I have been to Bermuda many times. My favorate golf course is Port Royal near Somerset. It is public, beautiful with ocean views. It is very hilly and the four times I played there on different trips it was cart path only. The taxi can be very expensive for it takes about 1/2 hour from Hamilton. A fun par 62? All par 3&4 is the St.George Club. It has great water views and is 5 minute drive from St. George port.I used to go in the afternoon and it was never crowded.I have played also the Princess and Belmont and did not care for them. Port Royal is harder to get tee times for. I usually follow the week forcast and make tee time before I leave NY. Mid Ocean is private and the hotels can arange a time ther but it is over $200 a round per player and is about 25 minutes from St.George.The old Castle harbor I think is now called Tuckers Point also $200+.Hope this helps,Macy

When we went to Bermuda last April we played at the Princess Resort par 3 course. Horseshoe Bay was real close by. It was really fun, but it was still recovering from the nasty hurricane from the previous year. If you hit the sand you get a free drop! We made our reservations by calling the course directly. Just google Bermuda and you will get some great sites for Bermuda...follow the golf links to find the numbers/email addresses. We took a taxi from the pier to the course. It took about 20 minutes ...I don't remember the cost...maybe $20...but the roads were alot of fun.

Thanks all! I am not a golfer so I will see whether Tim would rather make advance arrangements or go through RSSC. I knew this was the right place to ask!
