Hi Ngaire--

I'm not sure you recognize what great service you provide--

My brother (Carl) and sister-in law (Barbara) are up visiting this weekend. He asked me a question about what cabin we were in on Voyager/Europe. I looked but couldn't find the invoice.

I said, "I'll just send an e-mail to Ngaire". (You booked them on Feb 15th Diamond). Carl said, "You're dreaming, on a three day holiday weekend, and on Sunday, there's no way she's going to respond."

Unbelievably, within 15 minutes you responded. He was TOTALLY astounded.

You probably don't realize what a great person, great woman, great TA you are (in that order). But others do ...

She was recommended to me on a RSSC cruise and I felt "Do I really want to change? How much better could she be?"

Yes, you make me blush!! Right after I made a bunch of silly little errors today and was beating myself up.

I love working on the weekends it is so quiet and I can focus and get things done. IF I am here it is my pleasure to respond.

Everyone can forgive silly little errors. So much of what you do is so right!

No doubt about it; I've never had such good service from a T/A. When we first discussed booking BRAVO, I sent an email to Ngaire on Saturday morning, expecting a reponse a few days later. By late THAT morning, I'd received a response and she had reserved a room for us on BRAVO in our requested category.

When we got our first letter from Ngaire (the one where she says she doesn't send the traditional bottle of wine because of her great prices) we howled with laughter. We've been dealing with a "full service, full price" agency for years. We're still waiting for them to send us the first bottle of wine! :)

Ngaire - you are the absolute BEST!

Just want to add our love for Ngaire, also!!!!
I sought her advice a few years back on CC and then met her shortly after 9/11 on the Navigator in the Med. I had a hard time leaving our old TA (never met her, all over the phone) because she did a great job. But, cannot express the difference in level of service. I like the fact that she is very straighforward. If it can't be done, she lets you know, but she does everything reasonable to accomodate you. And of course, she knows how much John loves her. AND KEN, TOO!

I knew I had found the right TA to help with our recent group cruise to Bermuda when she just took charge, made everything sound like it was "no problem", called me at 7-ish one night to get my opinion on moving some rooms around....etc. She's dedicated and did everything she said her agency would do, even when she herself did not perform the task but had a staff member help in her absence.

Just wanted to add our praises as well. Marcie turned us on to her and we are so happy! Not about the eight pounds I gained from the wonderful food and the waiters encouraging me to keep eating, but for the "other stuff". My husband asked me if Ngaire was allowed to do other types of trips as well. This was a first as he has never been happy with any TA we have ever used! Kudos, Ngaire! You haven't heard the last of us!
