Look at jamie's most recent blog post. He states that Oceania and Regent "merged" two years ago. I know both are run by PCH but I didn't know the lines actually merged.

As I understand it, though they each market themselves individually, they use the same administrative policies, back office support, recruiting, crewing administration, etc....similar to what a merged company who runs separate brands might do....that company being PCH.
