Yes, it was offered for the first time on my last cruise to paradise on my cruise November 13, 2004.

There are only a couple of computers, though, and as I recall internet connectivity was sporadic.

They have five computers. Your are right connectivity was sporadic, but I didn't find the computers used much so there was ever a wait.
