Ha! We were on a drive once when an Ellie did the same but s/he went to the back of the vehicle and gave Kim a good close look. I was sitting in front of Kim and I was thrilled but when I turned around and saw the look on Kimβs face..... well she wasnβt nearly as excited as I was π βββββββ Helen

The ONLY thing that bothers me is a bull elephant in musth. I always tell rangers I prefer to avoid that situation. For those of you with me at Singita Lebombo you will remember Caesar. Those are not fun memories for me either. However everything else on Safari I absolutely love.

I remember Caesar! He was huge and mean. Truely menacing. I too am happier keeping away from this situation.

If you havenβt seen Elephant Queen, a great 2018 documentary on Apple TV, you should. Great film about a 50 year old matriarch and what she goes through leading her herd around. Happy Thanksgiving all-even you Simpsons!

Thank you Mitch and Bert....we have wonderful memories of celebrating Thanksgiving with our lovely KLT friends on a Regent cruise somewhere in the world.
