We've never been to Halifax and we're really torn between Peggy's Cove and Maritime Museum in Halifax (Historic Halifax & RMS Titanic. Any thoughts?

Hi Kathy,

I always love to see the countryside, so the ride to Peggy's Cove was delightful. Plus I do remember the delicious warm gingerbread at the local restaurant. The winds were pretty strong around the lighthouse, so dress accordingly if you decide to take this excursion.

The Maritime Museum is fascinating and holds the history of Halifax.

Both are good excursions.

We have been there a few times. We did Peggy's Cove once and really enjoyed it - very scenic. We are not much into museums so haven't done the Maritime Museum. We did the brewery tour one time, and it was great fun (but you have to like beer!!).
