Crystal Symphony emerges from her multimillion-dollar makeover on October 21, 2017 to debut more innovative dining options including open seating, more plush suites and penthouses and more state-of-the-art technologies including free, unlimited Wi-Fi.
Crystal Serenity is scheduled for the same comprehensive transformation next year from October 14 to November 10, 2018. This year Serenity will debut free Wi-Fi, beginning on October 13, 2017. Crystal will offer free unlimited Wi-Fi fleetwide including ocean, river and yacht as of October 13, 2017.
I have heard that some are excited about this new open seating option and others really like their assigned seating. Will be interesting to see how it all works out.
