According to Seatrade News, PCH has filed finally for an IPO. No date or price announced.

Larry, it was interesting reading the Seatrade article. Oceania (and Regent) are so much in debt.

There is lots of information never revealed before in the registration statement (S-1) filed with the SEC in conjunction with the planned IPO. ( S-1) In particular, it shows on page 10 that the new Seven Seas Explorer will be about the same size as the Oceania Marina and Riviera (67,000 gross tons) but will have a double occupancy capacity of 750 passengers compared with 1250 passengers on the Marina and Riviera. The space ratio is 89.3. I also found the detailed financial information, including a section on executive compensation, very interesting.

Holy cow!! If I am reading this correctly, Del Rio brought in over 5 million in compensation in 2012 and Kamlani was just under 3 million! Not a bad income!

If anyone is really interested, you can read the Prestige Cruise International's IPO S-1 SEC filing at: http://www.nasdaq.com/markets/ipos/filing.ashx?filingid=9285415.Be warned, its over 200 pages including appendixes, etc. But it contains all kinds of interesting info, like a description of Mark Conroy's separation package (he's apparently under a consulting contract with PCH until January 2015) in the Executive Compensation section starting on page 91. An interesting appraisal or recap of Oceania and Regent strengths appear on pages 66-67. Financials from 2008 thru the 3rd quarter of 2013. Lots of good stuff.
[size=8]Too Many To List - 416 days & counting on Radisson/Regent, and 150+ days on 8 other lines, with one cruise booked next month on the Mariner, Miami to Honolulu 22 days
