We found a smokin' hot deal and couldn't resist. We've always wanted to do a British Isles cruise but Regent & Silversea were always priced at a premium since they don't do it very often. We started looking around and found a Celebrity Cruise this coming May. Suzanne & Mark just finished a Celebrity cruise and really enjoyed it. There is an incredible promotion going on which makes the cruise pretty much all inclusive.
So, it's an 11 night London - Copenhagen itinerary that stops in Paris (Le Havre), Cork, Dublin, LIVERPOOL (Beatles Tour!), Belfast, Glasgow, Oslo, and Copenhagen. Balcony rates start at around $2400 per person depending on the travel agent.
The promotion that makes it Smokin Hot, is that you get a $300 OBC, PLUS the classic beverage package which gives you unlimited beer/wine/soda, etc. You can upgrade that to the Premium Beverage Package for an additional $10 pp per day and that gets you premium beers, top shelf liquor, wines (up to $13 per glass), specialty coffee, teas, etc. Some travel agents are also throwing in free gratuities. You can even get a Suite for around $3500 per person. We booked Aqua Class to get the upgraded restaurant and room amenities. Our total is a little under $250 per person per day including drinks and tips. Throw in the $300 OBC and we can do some additional specialty restaurants and nice bottles of wine.
