We just got our letter today (last name M; in NJ; Sagitarius & Virgo (LOL)) addressed to Mr & Mrs. with individual sheets each describing our nights (correctly). Mine had the extra 7 nights from a cruise that I took by myself back in '04, so I have 47 and hubby has 40. So I guess that's how they are doing it. Linda & Larry

Q: Why wasn't my sail on Song of Flower included on my statement?

A: Only voyages from 1992 forward are eligible for the program.

These should include all our cruises as our first Song cruise was in '92. We shall see. Still no letter. 13 RSSC cruises, Last name P, live in NC, I'm a Taurus, mom is a Gemini (our neighbors to North in VA are getting their letters and to the South in SC... wonder when we will get ours).

Well, I finally got ours. All was in order for us. One sheet per passenger.

Our '92 SOF Alaska cruise was not included - everything else was accurate - have sent completed form back giving requested information - we'll see what happens.

My posting on Monday didn't bring it yesterday, as hoped.

We got ours, but strangely they sent both my mother's and mine to my address, even though they have my mother's home address. They did include a little card for making any necessary changes, so I'll just drop that in the mail.

No letter yet.

We rarely get any correspondence from them.

I phoned RSSC to inquire of my statement, as I haven't received it yet.

No letter for us either--we're W's in Texas, (Cancer and Libra). We do get mail from Radisson off and on, but not this letter yet. :(

We called Radisson yesterday and was told that someone had turned off the sending of promotional materials in our profile and apparently our tier letter must have been included in that classification. They are sending our letter now. Marilyn

When reading the latest fiascoes regarding THE letter, all I can do now is shake my head & laugh. :D
How does a business with such a great product get itself into such a mess?

David got a separate letter, with more days than i have. They are giving him credit for a 7 day somewhere we have never been. Of course i did have to ask the questions.............have you been to Norway David??????? <img border="0" alt="[naughty]" title="" src="graemlins/naughty.gif" /> :) :)

Denise, thanks. We haven't got our letter either! Maybe they have found out you and I are troublemakers and deleted us! That ringholder must have ruined our reps.

I don't think it was the ringholder that got us into hot water. I think it was the towel pashminas!

Ours came yesterday (last name B and we're in So California) - addressed to both of us by name and one sheet per person...

We recall that on our first Radisson trip on the voyager, we received the pins and invitation to the SSS party. The couple that we were lunching with couldn't understand it, as they were of course invited and thought we wouldn't be. We were happy to go after the invitation, and now we know why, it was that pesky Norway trip!

Cindy, that's a very funny story! Thank goodness for the Norway trip!

I arrived home late last night, and found the letters, 3 of them to my daughters and me, all with correct info as I look at it, but will have to check with my Joanna as she is my memory bank. After this cruise just finished, I am at 150, after 16 cruises. It really takes a lot of cruises to build nights when you only take the shorter ones~ At least Platinum is in my sights within a few years, since 2006 is mostly land.

My letter was waiting for me when I returned from PARTY.

One envelope addressed to both me and significant other. Inside two letters: his with silver benefits and mine listing gold. Numbers look to be correct.

Ours arrived as well yesterday - one letter/2 sheets of paper with my information and Amanda's information on it. All correct though not hard to do with only 2 RSSC cruises to date. :)

As soon as I read this I realized that probably this is why my DH received the letter and I didn't. A couple of years ago I called Radisson and told them that they didn't need to keep sending duplicates of all brochures to my house. I felt guilty throwing away all those glossy brochures. After that they started sending only one set addressed to DH.

Watching prime time live.......doing a thing about a guy that has a secret second life.....in NORWAY. David thinks it's funny...........that's how I would play it!!

We got am envelope with 2 letters in it. There was one for each of us. We got credit for the 15 day cruise that we had to get off of after 5 days.

Just got mine but do not know when it came. I only make it to home once a month when I am on puter contract. :mecry:

Betty, you should call them, as you really should have it by now.

I have forgotten how many thousands of letters went out it was a huge task. Betty call and ask because you should have it now. With that many mailed the odds are either some were missed or even the post office can lose things. It happens all the time.

Still no letter at our house, and we live about 15 minutes from the port in Fort Lauderdale. I have called Rose 3 times and left messages but have not gotten a call back.

I just called RSSC and left a message with Rose. I find it odd that letters have been received in Hawaii (happy for you, Masaki) but not in NC. I, also, wonder why the delivery is so sporatic? :rolleyes:

Beth, no letter yet. I will give the postal system one more day, then calling.

We never received our letter, so I called. The woman, Rose, is very nice. I was going to tell her the program did not satisfy many of us, but decided not to ruin her Monday. She thanked me for our business and asked that we keep adding the nights up. They had sent it out, but for some reason, we didn't get it. She reviewed the statement with me (nights were accurate) and told me she would resend it and we would get it in about a week.

I heard now that for those of us on this SA trip that we were getting our letters in Manaus!! (rumor or truth? I'll find out soon enough).
