Sounds like things are going great! Thanks for the seamail and photos. That really is such a special part of the world...especially with the blue skies you're having, the great LCTers onboard and all the new friends you've made!

Its on our "must do" list as well. Hopefully in 2007, we will see.

Ngaire - you mentioned early on that your cabin was way in the back. Where was your cabin and did you notice or experience any of the well documented vibrations?

Thanks again for all the reports, sure does sound like everyone had a great time.

954 no problem. The vibration is ONLY at the VERY back. Forward of the laundry there are no problems. Also it is not going to be a problem on every trip. It all depends on the seas, speed and action of the waves.

Thanks Ngaire. We were in 862, last year on WINE and we were very comfortable, once in awhile we felt a little vibration, mostly at night, it was sort of like putting the quarter in the old motel bed ------ :p :p (OMG I did say that didn't I?) you were right above us pretty much! We actually like that location so much, that for CROSS we booked 861, and only because going East to West it had the land views, and Frank said that coming across the Atlantic, it would be in the shade more than the sun - which I prefer. Agree too, that every trip can and will be different, and it depends on the weather, the seas, etc.

Thanks again for all your wonderful posts. Really looking forward to meeting you on MUSH.

Well,

Almost home from Bliss, writing from 35000 ft. over Michigan. Has been a very long day. Woke up in Copenhagen on the Voyager 3 AM and out by 4:30 AM.

Over all, a very good cruise, good traveling weather, good food (even though last nights prime rib, was far from prime beef), a nice group of people, and Audry Grant teaching bridge class.

Didn't find much to buy, so saved my money there, but the Casino found its way to take my money. Bingo was a bust, until the last day ($124 winner), but that hardly put a dent into my cabin bill.

Now home to a house, where my dinner won't be served to me, my bed won't be turned down, and no mint will be left on my pillow.

MUSH can't get here soon enough.

David,

We'll look forward to hearing more about this cruise from you since it's the next one we're planning on booking (we're booking it on MUSH, hopefully). Sorry our timing was off to meet in Dover! Onward we are MUSH bound - doesn't that take the sting out of coming home? Just unpack your laundry and put it back in the suitcase (ha ha)
