Will I be able to use my laptop from my cabin? We are going to the Baltic.

Welcome newcruzer! RSSC does not offer in-room Internet hookups, unfortunately. When are you going to the Baltics? A bunch of people here will be going to the Baltics ... you may be on the same cruise!

In some of the "upper category" suites, Voyager provides a computer with internet access. I don't know where the dividing line is, maybe the Seven Seas Suites?

I was in a Voyager Suite and it had a computer with hookup. Worked fairly well...

With the Voyager computers, are we allowed to transfer items into e-mail that we have composed on our laptop? For example, writing notes in Word on my laptop, copying it to USB flash memory, and then pasting it into an e-mail on the Voyager computer?

Thanks.

Luke,

I think the computer room is wireless. You should be able to use your laptop there if you have a wireless card. Someone who knows for sure will most likely reply to this with the details.

See you next week!

Yes, I'm wireless, so that would be great.

In addition, I hope to send some NorFjor723 photos during the cruise. I unload/store photos each night; now to decide how many of our cameras to take!

Thanks for the replies. It seems the consensus is no, I can not use a laptop from my Category D suite. I will be on the July 30th cruise out of Copenhagen.
