On April 5th I sent an email to the guide I hired in Istanbul & Kusadasi to firm everything up. I have not received a reply from him yet. Anyone know something about him?

First, make sure you're using his primy@tnn.net address. That's the one that seems to work best for me. Remember that he might be with a tour, and away from his email for a few days.

P.S. - My partner and I are on the April 23rd Regatta out of Istanbul. We booked Levant for Kusadasi on April 26th about five months ago. He emailed me about a month ago that there was another couple who wished to join our group of five and I agreed. Are you and your husband that couple? If so, we look forward to meeting you!

We used Levent in Kusadasi and had a fantastic day. He has always been very good about emailing me so I must assume he is away on a tour. He's got such a good heart (besides being sooooooo knowledgeable),he took water and scraps to feed all the stay cats at Ephesus.

He is one of the best tour guides we've ever hired!
