Thanks for the good wishes everyone. We are really excited about the new house. It will be nice to get settled again in our own place instead of renting apartments. I only wish I could snap my fingers and all the moving and unpacking would be done. Kathy and Susan, LOVED your comments about your kitchens!
I did take some pics when we were there, but most of them turned out really dark. Also it is not empty, as the current owners are still living there so ... I better not post pics of the inside of someone else's home. I will post pics when we get moved in.
Based on responses, we may just have to have an Alabama Ho Down!

The map we had showed us in Harvest but the Post Office says Madison. Still... not too far for us to be able to get together now and then and plan cruises. ;)

Dixie Chick,
I really enjoyed it last week the weather was fantastic. The pollen has really done a number on me though, as I have been down with bad sinuses ever sinse we got back. PLEASE confirm for me what everyone was saying that it is not usually that bad.
I would love to get together when we get there... maybe for lunch?

Arlene - yes this has been a very bad year for pollen. I have been told since we had a cold winter that all the flowers bloomed at once making it especially bad. We had our mega flashlight out the other night looking for deer and couldn't believe it - the night air was SOLID with pollen. No wonder everyone is suffering. I feel very lucky I haven't had a problem. When you get back, send me a private e-mail and we will get together for lunch!
