This cam is great, I have been watching it for a week now. It's an eagle cam with brand new chicks.

I have spent so many many hours watching various animal cams...just love them. I lower it with sound on so I can click on and off if something exciting starts to happen without having to watch ads each time.

Oh great what great fun watching this will be. They are sure to be a bit bigger than those in the two nests on our porch!

Right now it looks like they are eating crow :)
Marcie, what kind of ads do you see? I have never seen an ad on the eagle cam?

When it first starts up there's about 30 ? seconds of an ad, they vary, drives me crazy waiting even though it's short.

I use an ad blocker, that must be why I don't see it. It blocks all ads, so very helpful!

Editing to add, this is the one I use in case anyone needs a free ad blocker:

adblock plus

It must be windy today because, I think, dad is hovering over them now. Sounds windy.

Maybe the days are getting a little warmer and as babies get older, Mom doesn't sit on them as much, except for the youngest one. This is my favorite Reality show !

Nice close up today of mom or dad, not sure which! Also, one of the babies is peeking over the edge of the nest and making me nervous!

Q. How old are they before they can fly?

I was wondering this so looked it up.

A. 11-12 weeks, when they leave their nest.

From the Bald Eagle FAQ.

She just had her breakfast which was broccoli, grapes and a piece of potato :)

Last night she was singing "Lolly pop lolly pop" and in the middle of it, the cat walked by and she said, "there goes the cat, meow"

Sheri, I'm only seeing two chicks right now. Not sure where the third one is. May be hiding under mom.

This picture isn't very clear but it shows all 3 babies. They're getting white feathers on their heads. Mom and Dad are starting to leave them alone now for very short times, but always close by.
They're sure getting big. The bad rains from 2 days ago seem to be gone.

ADDING: I just realized that E3 the youngest was born 3 weeks ago today.

Love watching the little eaglets, they are growing up so fast, but they sure are cuties.

It's hard to believe these are the same eaglets we watched hatching 2 months ago.

It is sad Sheri, those 3 little guys & Mom and Dad brought us hours of happy viewing! Hope we get to see another family next year.
