We will be taking a two-week land trip through Provence in June for our 40th wedding anniversary.
Any great dining suggestions for dinner; specifically in Aix-en-Provence, where we will be based? I've done some research and found a few restaurants that look quite good. Looking for some personal recommendations, as well.

Provence is a gem! Magnificent landscape, sumptuous markets. You must go to Arles, St. Remy, Cassis. There is a fantastic restaurant, whose name escapes me, that is superb.

Hi Marcia,
If you do recall the name of the restaurant, I'd really appreciate you sharing the name.
So eager to take this trip. Many years wishing; over a year in the planning. I've arranged private touring for 8 days. Our wonderful guide worked with me in creating a fantastic itinerary. Our guide is also a "foodie" so we anticipate some terrific dining venue suggestions from her. June should be a great time to go. It can't come soon enough.

Hi.
I looked up the restaurant online.
It is the Ostau de Baumenaniere, in a Relais Chateaux hotel. It is in the Alpiles region, at Les Baux de Provence.
The email address is oustau@relaischateaux.com.
Also, go to Rousillon and Gordes. Beautiful
