Received our doc's today for the first segment of the World Cruise on the Voyager, however there is nothing mentioned about all-inclusive, so I am at a loss on how they plan on doing this, if it is not all-inclusive for everyone, then how are they going to know who to charge in the Bar's , maybe they plan on making the segment people wear a wrist band or something really tacky(hope not)..From the beginning I was told that all segments of the WC would be all-inclusive, well, now I am not so sure, if there is anyone out there who might be able to clarify this for me I would appreciate it, I really don't want to call Radisson...Thanks
Sandy

I think I can practically gaurantee no wrist bands. This is not Club Med. Worst case, everyone signs and the computer knows by room number who gets charged and who doesn't.

Colleen, I was only kidding about the wrist bands, we have sailed on Radisson a lot, however I was told when we booked this cruise that any of the segments were inclusive...So now I was just wondering if that were true or not.....It's not a big deal, we never have any bar tabs at the end of a cruise with Radisson, but it would be nice to go to one of the Bar's instead of making our before dinner drinks in our suite....That's one of the reasons we like Seabourn, this has always been a bit of a thorn for some of us sailing with Radisson.... Don't get me wrong, it's not enough for me not to be really excited about our upcoming cruise...

And your understanding mirrors mine - I was under the impression that all segments of the World Cruise were all-inclusive.

Sany, the 2005 world cruise brochure startes that "In the bars and restaurants, select liquors, wines and non-alcholic beverages are served complimentary throughout your cruise. The refrigerator in your suite is stocked with complimentary soft drinks and bottled water, as well as a chilled bottle of champagne upon embarkation." am sure this means you will not have the complimentary bar setup in your suite. Hope this has been a help to you and that you have a wonderful cruise.

Congratulations Sandy!! It won't be long now! Joanna is right. You will be comped for liquor...it's the pre-World Cruisers like Colleen that may or may not be. I too am curious how this will work, assuming they're not comped...but I know Colleen will let us know shortly!

Thank you everyone for all your help, and for the best wishes for our upcoming cruise, I am sure whatever the the all-inclusive thing is, we will have a great time. Now I just need your prayers for my hubby, who will be driving around New Zealand for a week, this could be very interesting. He already requested that we bring some duck tape with us, when I asked him why?..He said "so I can tape your mouth shut".Now what's that all about???? ;)
