Thanks to all for the birthday wishes. I'm looking forward to meeting those of you on our upcoming cruise. The excitement around our house is starting to build. I expect to see the suitcases to appear soon and then I know we're entering serious travel mode.
And Karen, the cake was yummy! And just what I needed at this time -- a feast for the eyes and not the waist. ;)

Brian: We leave 4 weeks from today and other than talking about it every night we will get in travel mode few days before - I hate the rushing and packing but we can't seem to learn from past cruises - see you in Rio - :chicken: :chicken:

Joanna, Brian used "we're" rather loosely in this case and really meant me. :) He will freely admit when you meet him that he enjoys the luxury of "just showing up" as I usually take care of the details including most of the packing. I am the planner (which is part of the fun for me) and I tend to be more organized. I learned early on in our marriage that Brian has many strengths but he is clueless as to how to pack a suitcase so I just do it... and it works for both of us. Looking forward to meeting you when we embark in Rio.  Sandee
