What is Radisson's cancellation policy on ship excursions? We would like to prebook several but may change our minds on one or two after we are aboard and meet people who might want to share a car for private excursions. How much time is allowed for a cancellation? We are doing a port intensive Med b2b cruise and will need to plan ahead fairly carefully budget-wise so would like to be aware of the restrictions. Thought I'd ask here as I don't think Susan wants to hear from me everyday! ;) Maggie

I think you must cancel a ship excursion 24 hours before the excursion. Maybe a more informed expert can confirm that. Most of the time, there's someone anxious to take your place.

Maggie,
My recollection is that Radisson usually finalizes the excursion lists sometime the day prior to excursions. I believe they will announce the cut-off time for making reservations, and I would think that would be the cut-off time for cancellations also. As Donna said, I believe that time usually will be about 24 hours before the excursion, but may be more or less depending on a particular excursion.

Thanks. That should work out well. Now I have to get busy and do my research! Maggie

Maggie, On our last cruise, we signed up for all our excursions before we left home. We figured we could always change our minds once onboard (which we did on a couple). This kept us from missing any excursions that we really wanted. Some of them sell out quickly.

That's what we plan on doing. It's great to be able to sign up before you get onboard. Great improvement! Maggie

According to my docs, you can cancel prior to the booking deadline, which is usually noon on the day prior to the port of call.
