Had to share the good news. Just scored 2 4th row center tickets to the Elton John Concert tonight in little old Asheville NC. Not quite like sailing out of Syndey Harbor but pretty good.

That's great. I've been an Elton fan forever. Saw him in concert in Brisbane some years ago and it was the best. The first half with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, the second half with his band and all rock. Fantastic.

Let us know how the concert was!! Marc and I were able to see him when he was in Tokyo and he gave a fantastic show. I went to the concert for Marc as I wasn't much of a fan beforhand.... but I sure changed my mind after seeing him in person. What a talented showman!

great concert. 3 plus nonstop hours. He's 66. Gives hope to the rest of us. Ears still ringing and that was with ear plugs. Great evening, Asheville is a town of only 70,000 people. Great score for a small city.
