As B&K is not going to have an escorted Polar Bear tour for the foreseeable future, and since I am just in love with those bears, I have decided to go back in 2011. Likely for a 5 dayer over Halloween (10/30-11/4). The inimitable Steve will be guiding that tour. There is one less day of bear watching than with the B&K tour, but there will still be bears. If anyone is interested in going along, please send me a private message. I would be happy to handle the contacts with Churchill Nature Tours.

Diane so happy you are returning and it is wonderful to know you loved it that much. With Steve as the tour leader you will have a great time and hopefully some better weather.

Thanks. I wish there were 3 days of bears instead of 2, and I wish Susan were there to show us all how to eat eclairs and pizza for breakfast.

:) :) well you spared your son the embarrassment of being a cub scout leader - mine begged me not to do it two yrs in a row - 8 bratty 8 yrs old boys every week messing up my house - serving them lopsided cupcakes I baked and frosted and frosting melted, passing everyone for a badge if they were sweet vs deserving, and looking at the clock wishing the time would fly - bear lover is better!
