Has anyone heard from the great Cosmos maker, Todd, lately? After MINT he has disappeared from LCT

Paul, he has been busy with his real estate license and as I received an email from him last night, I can assure you, he hasn't fell off the face of the earth :)

Very cool. If you are good in our area, you can make a cool million. I have some big named agents as clients who do just that.

As a Realtor for 25 years, I can say with complete confidence that Todd will do great!! He's intelligent, personable, driven and very ethical!

Yes Todd and I talked about it while on the "MINT"
I have not heard from him but I am sure he will do ok.
He was in the business before Universal.

I got a call from Todd yesterday, his phone line and dsl are down and they aren't predicting a fix until Jan. 1st!

Oh my, that's awful! I'd die of withdrawal without my connection to the internet.

Todd just IM'd me from Palm Springs. He was in his car in a parking lot in a "hot spot". It is drizzling there.

Oh I was looking for my published recipe so I went to Yahoo and typed in Todd Cosmo Recipe

Very interesting results! Check out the #1 result!!!!!

Anyway.....take a martini shaker, half filled with ice. Fill with good Vodka just past the ice line. Add a few ounces of tripple sec (Contreau is GREAT), a few more ounces of Cranberry Juice, about 1/3 of a lime in smaller pieces squeezed. Shake for 10 - 15 seconds....pour into Martini glasses

Todd, come home. We miss you.

I am back! All the above is true! I am taking the Real Estate Exam on January 10th in San Diego and should be licensed by the end of the month. My new office will be 1.5 miles from my home and I am excited about it! As reported above, I was previously licensed about 10 years ago.

So I have been studying a lot for the exam and have not been posting much on LCT.

Todd, I'm wishing you such good luck on the state exam!! Remember, what you need to know to pass the state exam is NOT what you really use day-to-day. You're so bright, I know you'll do well! PLEASE post for those of us that will be away!! I'll be thinking of you on January 10th!!

That's great to work close to home! Which agency are you going with? I know quite a few realtors in the area and I have some great mortgage brokers I refer my clients to as well. Always good to have good people behind you.

Todd, I know you will ace the exam. My son wants so much to move back to the LA area when he gets through his marathon of how many degrees can 1 person get. You will definitely have a client, although a very poor student loan client.
At least his girlfriend - hopefully someday, something more - is in medical school now so I think they can make a mortage payment.
