I seem to recall from our last voyage, that there was a link someone listed getting to the Guest information form on RSSC website. Is that still an option?? thanks everyone!! Cindy

I could never get that link to work. It always said that the page was unavailable or something like that. Ngaire said that it's down a lot.

I printed the guest info sheet from the web and faxed it to RSSC as Ngaire said that this would work alittle better than emailing. I used www.rssc.com/gif/secure/home.jsp and it was filled in from the info Ngaire had given them and I put in my special requests. Penny Mariner 3/26/04 Panama Canal

Is there anyway to look at one of these before you actually book a cruise?

Jim, the form is mostly informational, with names, addresses, passport nos. etc. At the bottom, there is an area where you put in if you are celebrating a special occasion aboard the ship. This is the part where people ususally put in a request for liquor preferences. There are no choices given as in the cabin when you embark and fill out the liquor form. Usually the TA will fax this to you after the cruise is booked, as everyone has to complete one and return it to RSSC. As others have said, it is hit or miss whether you will find the requested liquor in the cabin when you get there.

Jim - there's really nothing to it. There are places for you to fill in your particulars such as address, citizenship, passport #, place of issue, etc. etc. for all passengers. At the bottom, there's a blank space for you to fill in "special requests". I assume that this is where everybody is putting in their bar setups. For some reason, I remember the print version that I got in the mail from Ngaire was longer than the web version I just checked out but that may just be my imagination.

I'm sure I did one of these on the PG last year now that I think about it. Thank you for trying to help.

i found it on the web site, amazing !!! it is actually printed in the radisson catalog in the back with all the facts. I think i'll try this reading thing out more often. I filled it in, most of my info was already there, either from Ngaire, or last cruise. Haven't filled out those "liquor prefs" yet, big decision we will disuss tonite over a glass of wine. You should see the party we have when i download all the excursions to look at!! Thanks everyone, Cindy

I am still confused as to what to fill in on the form.. say I want a bottle of Vodka and a bottle of Gin,, but if I ask for Grey goose only one.. so what is the deal.. is there a form when you get on the ship that they give you that tells you one from coloum A and 2 from coloum B?

Not sure if this is going to help or add to some confusion. On the voyager trip last year, we had filled out the form online requesting a bottle of tangueray, and a bottle of frangelico. When we got on board, the bar setup was not there. We asked our attendant in person if they could do that for us, she asked what we wanted, my husband unaware of the "rules" asked for grey goose and frangelico, and it was delivered immediately. I didn't think you could get those both, but they did it. More confusion i guess! Cindy

Has anyone else had problems correcting information on the form once it has been filled in? Our son is our emergency contact person and he moved two years ago. I have successfully gotten his address changed on the form, but have failed in four attempts to correct his telephone number! In the meantime, it correctly shows the liquor preferences I have filled in and the fact that we want a top sheet and blanket for our bed (those fluffy duvets are just too hot for us).

I think your best bet is to print out the form, hand write your corrections/requests and fax the form to customer service. I do not have the fax number but customer service can tell you what it is. Hope this helps.

Thanks for answering, Robert. I telephoned Radisson today. I'll check the internet tomorrow to see if they have it corrected. My husband took an early retirement and we do not have a fax machine at home. I know that I could go to a copy center etc., but will try taking care of it from home first.

FYI - Once you are within 8 days of sailing, the online form is 'locked down'. YOu have to call RSSC at that point.

I think I am going to have Ngaire follow up on our order for mini bar set up when we get closer to 11/12/04. I did update the RSSC form on line and in the comment section put down that we would like to have Grey Goose and Crown Royal but for some reason I don't trust them.

Jim,
FYI...Grey Goose is considered a premium label which counts as two, therefore you would only get one bottle of liquor for your set up.
