Catherine is based in Aix-en-Provence, a short drive from Marseille. We had worked out a three-day itinerary with her for a Provence tour pre-cruise. She picked us up every morning at our Aix hotel and returned us in the early evening after full and fun days. She is a bit of a "foodie" and had wonderful recommendations for restaurants. No tourist traps. Also, she is a delightful person, thoughtful, kind, intelligent and very professional. She was serious about showing us the sites we wanted to see and worked hard to impart interesting and relevant information about those sites.

We did a pre-cruise and flew into Marseille, where Catherine met us at the airport and took us to our hotel in Aix. After our touring, Catherine delivered us to Monte Carlo to board the Voyager, but if you are planning a pre- or post-cruise and can fly into or out of Marseille rather than Nice that would be the best and most cost-effective. She also would be a great find for a Provence port day if your ship stops in Marseille.
