Got my first glimpse of the new brochure today but we only got a few. Not even enough for one each in the office yet. It may be several weeks before we get a supply. If any of you want to contact Radisson and order one you may get it faster than I get my supply and can send them to you.

Nice brochure, I like the ONE brochure that has everything in it. It lists the big cruises like World Cruise but not as many details of course. I think the big cruises will still have their speciality brochure but Alaska, Europe, Caribbean etc will be in this new "Atlas".

Oh goodie Ngaire! I didn't see it on their website but just called Radisson and requested it. I love to kick back reading this and "drool"!

Speaking of brochures, I just got the very nice Holiday brochure from Radisson. I swear, I have received more brochures from them this past month than I have all year!

Karen, every time we get one Alan says, "they really have our number, don't they?" Of course that is while I'm looking saying I want to go there and there and how about this one? Guess they do have my number!

We're still waiting for our first! Thank goodness for B&K or we'd really go through withdrawls! I requested the South America brochure TWICE from RSSC months ago and it still hasn't arrived. :banana:

Like Marcie I get nada from RSSC. Do they think we're a "given" and don't want to waste the postage? I used to keep these brochures for months, if not a year or two, consulting them often.

Thanks to Adrenn, I saw the letter that was sent out about the proposed tiers. Sigh. Mine has yet to arrive.

Nevermind! I will call RSSC tomorrow.

The mailing list of RSSC is a complete mess. Interestingly some of the clients with the highest numbers of nights get nothing.

I do not understand why they cant fix this but they are aware of the problems. No one should feel slighted it is not personal just some kind of corporate mess.

I think (dont know) that this was outsourced to a company and now they cant seem to get this problem resolved.

If you have changed your address I think you are unlikely to get anything automatically right now.

When you call and request a brochure it should be sent. They just recently put a new system in place for this and hopefully at least brochure requests will work in the future. So give it a whirl, call and request a copy of the new brochure and see what happens.

In fact let me know if you do NOT receive a requested brochure so I can let the powers to be know if the system is not correctly for requested brochures.

We received the Holiday brochure today and I guess it's the first one we've gotten in years! But I think it's because I called Corporate and complained loudly. Maybe now we're on the mailing list. We can only hope.

I was just talking with a friend who went on one RSSC cruise with me about 5 years ago. She says she gets mailings from them all the time. While I'm not one with a large number of nights, before this year is out I'll have been on 6 RSSC cruises. And the last thing I got in the mail directly from them (as opposed to from Ngaire and Susan) was a newsletter about a year ago. Serious flaw in their marketing operation.

I received that brochure also. I feel like I finally arrived. This summer I started receiving mailings. I do idea why, but at least they now come.

We just received the new Tahiti book, beautiful book, looks like they have changed the paper stock, but it is still nice. Lots of details about the presidents cruise (they are also calling it the ultimate south pacific), but from what i've heard there is not even a wait list for that anymore. I still find it really interesting who gets what...... we have never gotten the letter about tiers, but of course we don't have alot of days like some of you.
I think we all hate the notion that we are missing something!!

We didn't receive the tier letter so I am sure we'd never in a million years get a brochure. I'll call them tomorrow.

Ngaire says that the mail-outs are all messed up. Don't feel alone, we don't get anything either. If it weren't for Ngiare, we'd never receive anything with RSSC logo!

Okay, I just went on the site and ordered a brochure (can't believe they don't have an Alaska brochure). I will wait the 2 weeks they allow before e-mailing Ngaire for what she doesn't even have yet. I "MAY" have nabbed another group for MUSH. This is maybe 10-12 friends (one of them is a partner in our firm) who have been talking for a couple of years of a cruise to Alaska. So far, people they know who have come back from Princess and, I think HAL or RCCL have not had glowing reports. (Crowds on the Princess, weather and pre-cruise on a long school-bus type ride to Denali on the 2nd)

Olivia, the Alaska season is in the new one big brochure. It is called a "Cruise Atlas" and has everything in it. I think the only additional brochures will be the PG, (recently out I saw one LCT member received one in the mail I have not seen that yet) the other large brochure that only has the World Cruise and South American voyages and the Grand Asia Pacific. There wont be a separate Alaksa, Europe, Caribbean etc. I hope I get a large order in soon. I also hope you all manage to get one direct from RSSC because the second they come in everyone will want one and I will be out immediately I am sure.

That's the one I ordered! Last time I was on Radisson, (June NINJA, with you) they didn't have brochures to be taken. That's fine, if they can't provide them, it may be their loss of business if they are listening to this thread. Really, they need to listen to you on this matter, said by one who has nothing to gain for (me) finding them new clients!

I really like the new brochure. We received one onboard and overall it is much nicer to have everything in one place.

It is well done for the most part!

For those of us at the end of the alphabet we are always the last to receive the brochures. The Atlas arrived today. Guess the Tahiti brochure will follow.

I got my supply of the 2006 brochures but not as many as I had hoped for. If anyone needs one and did not get one please let me know and I will send one your way. I dont have enough to send to everyone booked next year so I am just not going to be automatically sending these out to all those booked. There is another Tahiti book coming out of course for the rest of the year. Not sure when we will have that.

We got ours with a 7 seas society letter. I like the 'total' cruise concept. Every cruise in one book. And what a superb publication.

I continue to be frozen out by RSSC. No SSS newsletter, no brochure. Their marketing dept must have some serious issues.

Crystal, we are similarly shunned. I requested several brochures from the website a couple of weeks ago and they have not, to date, arrived. I'm thinking we must have committed some awful faux pas along the way. We haven't sailed on Princess in years but I still hear from them on a regular basis.
