Thanks for the report - looking forward to hearing about your shore excursions in Vietnam. We are taking the Hong Kong-Bangkok cruise on the Whisper in November. Afterwards we plan to fly to Chiang Rai and spend 4 days in the Golden Traingle area and then back to Bangkok for a couple days before flying home. We've stayed at the Oriental before so this time we'll probably try the Peninsula.
