The B cabins have a butler..didn't need one since service is so excellent. Sorry, didn't see any recliners. I believe balconies on this ship are useful because they are shaded. The deck has no shade. Have a wonderful time.
If I remember correctly, the B cabins are on the pool level. That is nice.
