Pam, the info has been on FlyerTalk for a while. Also, if you go to the hotel's website or hilton.com, you see that it says under Hilton Honors that it will be a Cat 4 hotel starting 1 October. The Scandics at 10K points only has been a good deal compared to many other hotels and Hilton is finally closing the gap.
