I don't think you annoyed anyone with your review, I think that some were just confused as to why you disliked it so much when they really liked it. The answer is probably just as much "different strokes..." as it depends on the particular ship, the weather, the number of passengers on that particular trip, etc.

We all love reviews here at LCT, and that includes the negative ones.
