Marcie, did you use snail mail or scan and email? Did you include hotel, transfers, and Athens meals?
Yes, snail mail. I included all our pre-cruise expenses including hotel and dinner, all with receipts (the transfers were email confirmations stating price, time etc.) Also included the cost AA charged us to redeposit our return/1 way f.f. miles.
