Yes, my Conair is dual voltage. It's packed away since I am leaving in a couple weeks and my toiletries suitcase is packed. It's the Ionic travel model, with a folding handle and I recently bought it at Bed Bath and Beyond. I had the same model before and used it all over Europe with good results. The cord on the old one retracted and it quit retracting so I bought the new one for $20 and then used a $5.00 BBB coupon.
