Wendy, thanks so much for posting about Portugal. It brought back fond memories of one of my favorite countries. It sounds as if they still give oodles of food when eating out. I am glad you enjoyed your trip.

When I lived in Madrid for three years we use to make our Portuguese Runs into wonderful towns across the border and north of Lisbon. Evora is one of my favorites too.
