Don & Diana - Now that I have wiped the tears off of my bi-focals (invisible bi-focal lines on the lenses, of course - I am, after all, a vain baby-boomer not too happy with the whole aspect of aging) brought on by LeeAnne's and Betty's genuinelly touching posts, I can address your wonderful Whisper cruise in the Med in a few weeks. First, we are dreadfully envious. Second, we will indeed be asking you a million questions about the ship after you return. Olivia (JHP) has given us some excellent feedback on the SilverSea experience already, all of which makes us utterly eager for the cruise in November. One issue which intrigues us is the seemingly inconsistent policy of requiring patrons to buy wine from the premium wine list when dining in the specialty restaurant, Le Champagne. Although it was not a deal breaker for us, it seems to be contrary to the SS all-inclusive policy. We will welcome your comments on both the policy and the restaurant itself.
