Sorry this happened to you, Olivia. I had a similar experience when we went to PPT. I purposely bought the 2 for 1 business class through AMEX because it was changeable and refundable. What I found was that when we decided to go in early there were no seats available within a week of our planned departure. Lesson learned the hard way!
