Ngaire, you are making me jealous for Brugges (and Belgium) again. Brugges is beautiful. Our favorite restaurant in Brussels also had all you can eat ribs; they were fantastic. We are hoping we can make a pilgrimage to Brussels (and Cafe Whitlock) on our stop in Brugges; should be a fantastic trip.
