Ive heard that the Crystal tours are not up to the standard of others such as Regent. One report I read was that they didnt care that the guide was 30 min late after every stop, so that time was lost from the complete tour. When complaints were made to the ship, the answer was that they could not control land tours
SO...has anyone used Viatour?
