Puerto Madero is newer and the boardwalk along the waterfront is trendy and interesting. Wine will be very inexpensive. Jim, is it safe to walk up the boardwalk at night? As far as I can tell, to get to restaurant from Hilton we just cross the bridge and then walk up boardwalk for three long blocks.
