I am booked for some of those excursions with the ones Denise mentioned. However, I don't think you will go wrong with anything Regent books, as they are a class act. There won't be a big difference in price. Anything involving an airplane or helicopter is going to be small, and expensive. First time I went to Alaska, I booked off the ship for a helicopter glacier landing thing, but it was cancelled because of fog/rain.
