The trip continues to surpass expectations. The Chilean fjords and glaciers are, in my opinion, far more awesome than those of Alaska. These are more abundant and seem closer together but, I must admit, I have never been to GlacierBay.

The health of our passengers has been all right, too. A couple who had to leave in Buenos Aires and fly home to New York for a medcial problem the ship's doctor was unable to take care of returned in Valpraiso. Also, a man passed away a few days ago of unexpected causes.

John continues to have four games a day and is also having some predinner shows. Handre did a presentation of his own music and songs. It was a stunner. His music is haunting and poignant and his piano playing is excellent.

We are looking forward to Robinson Crusoe Island tomorrow, then later to Easter Island and Pitcairn Island where the descendants of the Bounty will come on board.
