It's across the street from the front of the Sky City Tower Hotel. If you're standing in front of the main entrance to the Sky City Tower Hotel facing the harbor, turn right and cross the street--that's the Sky City Grand--about 80 steps. The Sky City Hotel is where Sky Tower and the casinos are -- the Sky City Grand is pretty much just a hotel--but a nice one!
