I wonder if that is the same kind of cream I tried once. It had a 4% content of the active ingredient that fades the brown spots. The one I tried was over the counter, but was still a 4% mixture. It did nothing after using it about 2 1/2 months. I stopped using it then.
If your niece swears by Tri Luma, it must work. I will ask my dermatologist for it and try it.
