Layered provencal vegetable gateau with toasted aromatic herb crust. Red & yellow bell pepper coulis, arugala, & lime vinaigrette 



Warm valrhona chocolate cake with passion fruit lava. Served with caramel sauce & cocoa gruet brandy snaps
