Marsha and Margo, so good to hear from you guys! It sounds like you're off to a GREAT start! Margo, we had the "hall parties" on the WC where you'd grab a wine glass and go in the hall to meet your neighbor. The first time we did it, I wasn't dressed yet so I just stepped out in my bathrobe (obviously didn't wander too far away). It's a nice way to meet your neighbors especially if you have one (as we did) who NEVER came out on her balcony for almost 4 months!
