Well, we're back - need to write a review of the hotel - absolutely fantastic.
The UA for Marika came back clean. And interestingly enough, she started to break out in a rash just as the fever started to go way - which pretty much clinches the diagnosis of roseola. Luckily, it's a self-limited viral disease and today, her rash has started to go away as well. No fever any more. Still slightly cranky though. :)
