My memory concurs with Wendy on the tender schedules. It was the same on our 10 day itinerary that included Huahine and Rangiroa along with the society islands with 2 days at Bora Bora.
There are palm trees on the Bora Bora motu to provide shade. I learned to swim in the Atlantic Ocean off New Jersey where there was actually a several mile stretch of private land back in the 1950's. (It is now Island Beach State Park.) A family could purchase a permit good for the season for $18 and go enjoy the beach in near solitude. So I learned to do like the fish in my childhood. :eek:
