Common sense rules - listen to Anne she always gives good advice - my most favorite city in the world (after Hong Kong, Shanghai, Sydney and on and on ) - I have never felt unsafe at any time - but we stay mid town, west and east and eat and visit the villages - no dark alleys for me in any city!!!!
